Totally dissatisfied with this establishment. I called to complaint and was hung up because the gentlemen didn't want to hear my complaints. The plant that was order was totally not what was delivered as it no contrast, was delivered late, plant is dying, balloon for a 1 year old not a 40year old person. According to them they didn't have poinsettias during this season, which is false advertisement if they don't have what it takes to deliver what was ordered. Rude, rude individual.

I ordered flowers in November and they were never delivered, even though I spoke to the shop about the issue on the phone 5 times. $60 down the drain. So disappointed.

The flower arrangement is beautiful and the colors were vibrant. The flowers still are doing very well a week after I received them.
